Website and service scope

This website provides general information about bullionOS software, resources and demonstrations. Visiting the site, viewing a demo, downloading material, submitting a form or exchanging sales messages does not create a subscription, authorize a charge, reserve services or form a customer agreement.

Software access, implementation work, support commitments, pricing, renewal, cancellation and any commercial rights are governed only by a signed agreement, accepted order form or other written terms expressly accepted by bullionOS and the customer. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship.

Product previews and sample data

Screenshots, product tours, mock data, diagrams, calculations and examples are illustrative. They do not promise that every feature, workflow, integration, report, hosting model, migration path or delivery date will be available, configured or included for every customer.

Any prices, metal values, quantities, balances, customer names, invoices, inventory records or operational events shown in website materials are sample data unless expressly identified otherwise. Website demonstrations do not execute trades, quote live market prices, reserve real inventory, move funds, create customer account records or make binding offers.

Information, not professional advice

Website content is provided for business evaluation only. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, appraisal, insurance, cybersecurity or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own professional advice, internal controls, regulatory obligations, transaction decisions and customer communications.

bullionOS does not act as a broker, dealer, custodian, exchange, payment processor, appraiser or fiduciary through this website. No website content should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, finance, insure or price precious metals or other property.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view this website, use public demonstrations and download materials made available for legitimate business evaluation. bullionOS and its licensors retain all rights in their software, designs, trademarks, documentation, content and other protected materials. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the public website for its intended purpose.

Do not copy, scrape, frame, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, overload, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, harvest data, impersonate another person, infringe third-party rights or use website forms for unlawful, confidential, privileged, regulated or harmful content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, protected health information, customer financial records or confidential client files through public forms.

Third parties and availability

The website may link to or reference third-party services, market data sources, hosting providers, email tools, payment providers, security tools or other integrations. Those references do not create a partnership, endorsement, resale commitment or guarantee of availability. Third-party terms, privacy practices and fees apply when you use those services.

Website content, availability, security controls, integrations, forms and resources may change or be unavailable without notice. bullionOS may correct errors, update materials and remove content, but does not undertake to keep every public page current for every use case.

Privacy, updates and questions

The Website Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice describe public website information practices. The Platform Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreement govern information processed inside customer software accounts, if any.
