Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, device identifiers and server logs. The rules that apply depend on the technology, purpose, visitor location and applicable law.
This Cookie Notice covers public website technologies on bullionos.co. Technologies used inside authenticated customer software accounts may be governed by the applicable customer agreement, platform privacy terms and provider documentation.
Strictly necessary technologies
WordPress, hosting, security, load balancing, form, consent and authenticated-access components may use cookies, storage or logs needed to deliver pages, protect submissions, remember technical settings, prevent abuse and support requested features.
Blocking technologies required for security, forms or sign-in may cause parts of the website or software account access to malfunction. These technologies are generally treated as necessary for the requested service rather than optional marketing technologies.
Analytics, campaigns and forms
bullionOS may use limited measurement, campaign or referral information to understand public website performance and route inquiries. Links may carry labels such as source, medium, campaign, keyword or content identifiers in the URL. Those labels can be included with a demo, newsletter or contact request.
Information submitted through a form is stored and handled according to the Website Privacy Notice even if you later clear browser cookies. Clearing cookies does not delete records already submitted to bullionOS or its service providers.
Optional tracking and consent
Optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, social-media or cross-context tracking technologies should operate only with appropriate disclosures and, where required, valid consent or another lawful basis. Continuing to browse the site is not, by itself, consent to optional tracking where affirmative consent is required.
If bullionOS adds optional tracking or advertising technologies, the website should provide any legally required notice, preference or opt-out mechanism before or when those technologies are used.
Browser, email and global controls
You can configure your browser to block, delete or limit cookies, storage and tracking technologies. Browser settings vary and may not affect server logs, form records or emails already sent. Some browsers or extensions send global privacy signals; bullionOS will honor legally required signals where they apply to the site and can be recognized.
Browser cookie controls are separate from marketing email preferences. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe or preference link in the email, or contact sales@bullionos.co or privacy@bullionos.co.
