Accessibility commitment

bullionOS aims to make bullionos.co usable by people with disabilities and uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design target for public website work. This is a statement of intent and ongoing process, not a certification, warranty or claim that every page, file, third-party component or interaction fully conforms at all times.

We review public pages for keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layout, form labels and clear page structure. Accessibility improvements are prioritized according to impact, technical feasibility and the nature of the affected content.

Using the site and product tour

The website is designed to support keyboard-accessible links and controls, visible focus styling, semantic headings, labeled forms and responsive layouts. The interactive product tour provides play or pause behavior, step navigation and an optional music control; audio is not required to understand the demonstration.

Some screenshots and simulated product interfaces are visual examples. Surrounding text is provided for context, but image descriptions may not reproduce every interface detail, numeric value, icon or workflow state shown in an image.

Known limitations and third parties

Dense screenshots, embedded media, downloadable documents, legacy browser behavior, third-party services, security tools and external links may present barriers outside the immediate control of bullionOS. Third-party content is governed by the provider’s accessibility practices.

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from accessing information, requesting a demo or using a public website feature, bullionOS will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or function through an alternative method.

Request help or report a barrier

Email sales@bullionos.co or use Contact bullionOS if the form is accessible to you. Describe the page, task, barrier and preferred contact method. Browser, device, assistive-technology and screenshot details are helpful but optional.

We may need reasonable time to investigate, reproduce the issue and provide an alternative. This accessibility notice does not alter any signed customer agreement, product warranty or non-waivable rights under applicable law.
