bullionOS / Rollout

Implementation

Move to bullionOS with a clear plan for data, team readiness and launch confidence.

Updated: September 22, 2026

Dealer operating system

Keep evaluation, rollout and contact pages inside the bullionOS design system.

Prepare the operating desk

Map appointments, inventory intake, quoting, invoices, shipping, payments and end-of-day cash control before migration work starts. The goal is a launch path that matches how the dealer actually works.

Data and workflow review

Review legacy records, required fields, user roles, branch behavior and reporting needs. Identify what must move, what can stay archived and which workflows need training before go-live.

Configuration and training

Configure the workspace around users, inventory categories, invoice behavior and desk responsibilities. Training is focused on repeatable dealer tasks instead of generic software tours.

Launch and support

Launch work should include validation checks, issue triage and a clear support route. The production plan should define what “ready” means before daily operations move into bullionOS.

What to bring

Bring current workflow notes, sample invoices, inventory examples, customer communication needs and any reporting requirements that cannot be disrupted.

See bullionOS against your dealer day.

Bring the workflow you want to pressure-test and we will map appointments, inventory, invoices, shipping and payments.
