BullionOS Takes Over GACC Chicago with Software for Collectors and Dealers
LEDGER · October 3, 2026

ROSEMONT, Ill. — October 2, 2026 — bullionOS brought two sides of the precious-metals market together at the 2026 Great American Coin & Collectibles Show: individual collectors building their own stacks and professional dealers running fast-moving businesses.
Throughout the show at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center near Chicago, attendees stopped by the bullionOS booth for hands-on looks at bullionOS Stack and the full bullionOS commercial platform. The response was strong across both audiences, with conversations moving quickly from product demonstrations to practical questions about how the software fits into the work people already do.
Two products, two audiences, one connected vision
bullionOS Stack
Collectors and stackers explored an easier way to organize coins and bars, understand their holdings, track cost basis and carry a clearer record of their collection from the show floor to home.
bullionOS for dealers
Dealer owners and staff focused on the commercial workflows behind the counter: live spot-driven pricing, intake, inventory, customer records, invoicing, shipping, payments and the daily close.
For retail users, the show demonstrated how stack.bullionos.co can replace scattered notes and disconnected spreadsheets with one accessible view of a precious-metals collection. Visitors could see how Stack supports the decisions that matter to collectors—what they own, what they paid and how their holdings are organized.
For precious-metals businesses, the commercial bullionOS platform showed how the same commitment to clarity can extend across an entire operation. Rather than presenting disconnected features, the team walked visitors through a continuous record—from a first customer conversation and price decision to custody, payment, fulfillment and reconciliation.

Built from the realities of a working dealer
Atlanta Gold and Coin owner Hunter Rhodes brought a working dealer’s perspective to the show. The demonstrations centered on the practical questions dealers ask every day: What is available right now? What is it worth at the current spot price? Where is the item? What did the customer agree to? Has payment cleared? What remains open before the daily close?
That operational perspective resonated with commercial visitors evaluating the cost of manual handoffs, duplicate entry and systems that do not share context. bullionOS is designed to keep the metal, the money and the customer record connected as a transaction moves through the business.

A successful GACC showing
The success of the week was visible in both the number and depth of conversations at the booth. Collectors spent time exploring how Stack could help them understand and manage their holdings. Dealer teams compared bullionOS with the mix of spreadsheets, legacy applications and manual handoffs they use today, then continued the conversation around trial workspaces and guided demonstrations.
One platform for the collection. One operating system for the dealer.
GACC gave the bullionOS team a valuable opportunity to listen directly to the people buying, selling, cataloging and safeguarding precious metals every day. Those conversations will continue to shape both experiences as bullionOS helps move the industry toward more connected, more transparent workflows.
