Acceptable Use

This policy describes responsible use of bullionOS and the safeguards that support reliable dealer operations.

1. Proper Use

bullionOS may be used only for lawful business operations related to managing precious metals dealer workflows, inventory, pricing, invoices, customers, and related records.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use bullionOS to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation.
  • Misrepresent pricing, ownership, product authenticity, transaction terms, or customer records.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
  • Interfere with platform performance or security.
  • Access or copy protected software without permission, subject to applicable licenses and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
  • Misuse confidential materials or infringe protected rights. Lawful competition and independent development are not prohibited by this policy.
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer bullionOS to third parties unless expressly authorized in writing.

3. API and Automation Limits

Integrations, imports, exports, automation, and API-connected features must be used reasonably.

bullionOS may apply proportionate limits to protect service availability and security, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Usage charges require disclosed, accepted rates or separately agreed work; this policy does not authorize new charges.

4. Market Data Use

Market data shown in bullionOS is for operational reference inside the platform. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or commercialize market data outside the platform unless separately authorized.

5. Data Quality

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you add to bullionOS, including client information, product records, invoice details, pricing settings, transaction notes, and uploaded materials.

6. Security Responsibilities

You agree to maintain reasonable security practices, including strong passwords, appropriate employee access, prompt removal of former employees, and immediate notice to bullionOS if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Enforcement

bullionOS may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action under the applicable agreement and law, including any required notice. Urgent security risks may require immediate protective measures.
